Newssuper Report Tania Kundu:The Legislative Department, Ministry of Law and Justice, has initiated an Interaction Series to provide a platform for senior officers to share their experiences, insights and professional learnings with officers and officials of the Department.
The first session of the series was held on 5 November 2026, chaired by Dr. Manoj Kumar, Additional Secretary. Smt. Akali V. Konghay, Additional Secretary, shared her valuable experiences and perspectives on the theme “Improving Values and Personal Effectiveness in Leadership” at the विधायी प्रशिक्षण सभागार, Kartavya Bhavan 2, New Delhi.
The session witnessed the participation of over 80 officers and officials, fostering meaningful interaction and encouraging reflection on the importance of values, leadership and personal effectiveness in professional life.
