In an effort to enhance passenger experience and uphold the reputation of the railway, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Sealdah Sri Jasram Meena today held a crucial meeting with all ticket-checking staff of Sealdah.
The primary focus of the meeting was to counsel the staff on improving their behaviour and conduct toward passengers. Sr. DCM Sri Meena emphasized the importance of maintaining a polite and respectful demeanor at all times, highlighting that any form of misbehavior or rudeness damages the railway’s public image.
The session underscored the need for staff to act as brand ambassadors of Sealdah Division as well as Indian Railways. Discussions revolved around practical ways to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism, ensuring that all interactions with the public are positive and courteous.
