Commercial staff across the division are actively assisting commuters at major stations by helping them download the RailOne Mobile App, create their accounts, understand its features, and use the wallet for quick and seamless ticket bookings.
The intensified campaign has already produced remarkable results.Sealdah Division has achieved an unprecedented increase in RailOne App registrations and digital ticket bookings reflecting the growing confidence of passengers in app-based ticketing system.
The RailOne Mobile App enables passengers to book unreserved tickets, season tickets, platform tickets, and reserved tickets, along with several other passenger-friendly services, making railway travel simpler, faster, and more convenient.
