• *GM/ER lighted the ceremonial lamp to mark the International Women’s Day celebration at Sealdah*

As a step further towards extending the facility of indigenous as well as Homeopathic medical facilities, General Manager, Eastern Railway Shri Milind Deouskar opened a Ayush Clinic at DRM Office Complex, Sealdah today (10.03.2026). This Homeopathic & Ayurved Clinic has been staffed by eminent doctors & para medics. The Homeopathic clinic will remain open on Wednesday & Friday while the Ayurved clinic will remain open for treatment on Monday.
General Manager, Eastern Railway also visited the CCTV Control Room, Sealdah today and reviewed the efficacy of the security surveillance system.
Shri Deouskar, General Manager, Eastern Railway afterwards lighted the ceremonial lamp to mark the beginning of the colourful function organized by Sealdah Division as a part of the observance of International Women’s Day.
Shri Sheelendra Pratap Singh, Additional General Manager, Shri Rajeev Saxena, Divisional Railway Manager, Sealdah and Smt. Seema Deouskar, President, ERWWO, were also present on the occasion.
A selected band of women employees were felicitated on this occasion for their outstanding performance.
