During the launch, DRM/Sealdah Sri Rajeev Saxena, interacted directly with commuters to highlight how this unified platform brings every essential facility—from reserved, unreserved, and platform ticketing to real-time train status and precise coach positions—directly into the palm of their hands.
This “one-stop Solution” App approach aims to eliminate the traditional hurdles of rail travel, such as long station queues and platform locations, by providing a transparent and user-friendly interface. To ensure maximum reach and passenger awareness, extensive awareness camps are being organized across several major footfall locations within the division, including Sealdah, Dum Dum Junction , Sodepur, Barrackpore, Naihati , and Kanchrapara.
Beyond travel information, the app revolutionizes the journey by offering integrated food delivery services in running trains and a dedicated portal for instant grievance redressal.
This “all-in-one” digital solution not only reflects the ‘Digital India’ vision but also aims to eliminate long queues and provide a seamless, transparent experience, reflecting the Sealdah Division’s commitment to empowering passengers through technology and efficient on-ground leadership.
