Sealdah Division, Eastern Railway observed Constitution Day (Samvidhan Diwas) today with solemnity and patriotic enthusiasm. Divisional Railway Manager, Sealdah Sri Rajeev Saxena, led a special Preamble reading ceremony where the entire staff took the pledge by reading the Preamble to the Constitution of India.
The event held at the Divisional New Meeting Hall, Sealdah and pledge was attended by ADRM’s and Branch Officers and large number of Staff. The ceremony was a reaffirmation of the staff’s commitment to the core constitutional values of Justice, Liberty, Equality, and Fraternity.
